Default Old problem, new location. What?

If any of you remember I mentioned I get these weird pains in my upper arms and can not move them, it use to happen 1 or 2 times a year, and I would just wake up and the pain was so awful I cant move my arm in any way shape or form. I would use flexeril to help and it would go away in a week.

I have no idea what cause it.

Now...it happened to my wrist. I woke up yesterday and both wrists hurt. The left wrist got better as the day went on the right wrist got worse. To the point of excruiciating pain. I have it in a wrist brace but I cant use it at all. It hurts to move any finger, or lift anything. Took 2 advil yesterday even though I payed for it with acid reflux. NSAIDS cause acid reflux for me. I used bio freeze and neuragen at different times. Took epsom salt bath, which brought relief to keep my hand in the water, like it took all pressure off but only felt good while in the water, afterwards pain resumed.

I have been having joint pain lately.

I don't think it is carpel tunnel but I guess it could be.

Do you all thing think this is part of neuropathy? or something else? Please dont say fibromyalgia...though I am afraid it could be, it seems that runs with neuropathy.

It is just odd how the pain is just there one morning, lasts a week, then goes away for months or so before coming back.

I cant cook, do my hair, nothing, it literally brings me to my knees to move it. :'(
