People can just take care of themselves and eat what they need to eat.

Thanks for the link to the article. My daughter is in 10th grade and has a gluten issue. Does not test positive to Celiac but definitely has severe stomach reaction to wheat-even small amounts in salad dressings, etc. As an athlete looking at colleges, including "the academies", I have been starting to worry how she is going to work out how to eat when she goes to college. The food choices we have seen are not the best so maybe in a couple of years she will have more foods available or at least clearly marked- Judie |
