Also I'd like to add that ALLERGY is not the same thing as
INTOLERANCE.

Allergies manifest with hives, and asthma, breathing difficulties.

Intolerances are different and often do not involve histamine.

An allergy to wheat will typically not give the same response as
gluten intolerance.

I feel your pain. This is a horrible thing to deal with everyday. For both our sakes I hope it is the D, but it can be caused by so many things it's hard to tell.
Back problems can also cause Neuropathy. But, my doctor thinks it's probably from Vitamin D.
