No, just try this for now. CoQ-10 is going to help with
mitochondrial functions, and perhaps improve your muscle strength. Acetyl Carnitine also helps muscles.. but you should do one at a time to start. They are both expensive. NOW has an affordable one. Do the CoQ-10 for about a month, then add in the acetyl Carnitine, 500mg a day for a week increasing to 2 grams a day over a month. When you get to the higher doses, don't take all at once, but several times a day, as there is a limit the intestine will allow to pass. The evil drug= Lisinopril, an ACE inhibitor. for blood pressure.
