Hi Hopeful,

I can see why your neuro said no to Botox. It being a known toxin, I would not consider it either. So he was happy to say you can have other dermal fillers??
As far as asking my neuro. My neuro is excellent and has taken great care of me,but still truly does not know what has caused my PN. Alot has been ruled out, but the cause is still illusive. Its been chalked down to autoimmune which partly enompasses both inflammatory and metabolic states. I already have an autoimmune thyroid condition.

So without her knowing for certain, asking her to decide is a role of the dice.
