Shadow, I have POTS also. I love Sleepytime Tea and I add lemonbalm loose leaves to that. In a tea holder.

Didn't see your post until now. Welcome to Neuro Talk. I went to Mayo in MN also. I too have some auto immune diseases. YOU BET I GET ANGRY!. I think this happens when we loose our ability to do the things we did before. Our lives change, and sometimes you just can't go back to what you were before. What I try to do is channel that anger into something else. I think I would go nuts if I didn't. I know the expression "bucket List" is old, but that is what I am doing. This gives me something to lookforward to. That way there is a "Next" on the list and believe me I am doing them.....
