Welcome to NeuroTalk:
Before deciding on a path to use supplements, it would be very helpful if you could tell us more about yourself. When this started, what was going on with you when it started, etc. Drugs you use, vaccines, exposure in your job and/or hobbies, relatives with similar symptoms, medical tests and their results, etc. There can be many lifestyle triggers, and it can also be hereditary. There are over 100 causes of PN and hence what you might need to do depends on your history and situation.
