I didn't buy his book. However I did buy his Ultima Neuro stimulator device with socks and tubes and it also comes with a seminar transcript that eludes to the 6 steps. I didn't bring it with me today, but if I remember correctly the steps are: use the device twice for at 15 minutes a day, elevate you legs for 15 minutes/day, take his vitamins once a day, wear compression leggins while you sleep and of course buy his book.

I've been using the electroshock therapy device now for five days and it's been a big help for me. I use it in the morning and then again before I go to bed and I sleep much better and the pain during the day has dropped too. I've been propping my legs up on my desk for while now cause it feel good to do that so I was already doing that. I haven't bought his vitamins or book and don't plan too.
