Default Blood tests not covered by insurance...

So, as a result of my second opinion, a few more tests were ordered. Here's the order and then when I went in to have my blood drawn; I was informed that my insurance would not pay for some of these tests due to the fact that they did not consider them related to my condition, pn.

I would like to know, which of the non-insured tests are most important that I should consider paying for on my own.

Thank you, karen
