Yes, I can feel for you. It is very difficult to have PN.

Are you trying the epsom salts or Epsom Lotion by Morton's?

This may help with circulation, and also block the pain receptors (NMDA). This can help when oral magnesium can't get to certain targets because of poor blood flow.
