Default Magnesium Glycinate

So it is time to reorder magnesium and I know glycinate has been the best kind to take according to much research. I have been taking Kal brand but I am considering a change to dr's best.

Anyone taking either of these brands???

Dr Oz says to test supplements in warm water and if it doesnt desolve much in 30 minutes then it isn't working, so I considered going with solaRay since it is a capsule but the ratings are not as good with this product.

Just doing some research, always seem to get more confused the more I research lol, then end up just getting the same brand I always get.

I just wish there was a way to know the product you buy isn't crap, lol
