Wisest Elder Ever
|
If every other day works, then I'd try that, and keep a log.
I was having terrible BP control, while on that lisinopril. And I was using the CVS epsom lotion also nightly. Once I stopped that lisinopril which was over stressing my system big time with the lupus and bradykinin excess, my pressure dropped! With the tiny beta blocker dose, + the magnesium lotion --still it was the CVS until just recently, my pressure was normal in the doctor's office for the first time in YEARS! You might need longer on the lotion to see a mega effect. Just keep taking it and recording it. Your doctor will want to see that log... like mine did. It is possible eventually you may be able to stop that med. No guarantees though! ![]()
