Mrs D as you know I regularly use alkaseltzer to ease the burning and my neurologist says if it works keep going with it. I was on the phone to my GP today and he said I should absolutely not mix this with Tramadol and cocodamol, what do you think? I have been using this combo for around two years.

There is a warning not to use acetaminophen with an NSAID together for a long time, like every day. This puts stress on the kidneys.
No interactions between tramadol and aspirin found at drugchecker http://www.drugs.com/interactions-ch...t=243-0,2221-0 @drugs.com also no major interactions with aspirin + tylenol #3 http://www.drugs.com/interactions-ch...=243-0,48-8460 however, here is a question you should read: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Can_you_ta...lenol_together So I don't think the codeine is an issue or the tramadol.

That's what I thought, I remember doing some research when I started taking these. Many thanks, you are an inspiration to us all.
