Default Does PN effect your teeth?

Over the past few years some of my teeth have gone bad. I have good oral hygiene. Dentist could not give me a reason why this was happening. Does PN effect your teeth? Does anyone have this problem or any info on it? I also noticed that the neurotin makes me stiff in the morning. Does anyone else feel this. I can deal with the stiffness its better than the sensation of my feet set on fire.
