I was in 2 car accidents and have had back and neck pain ever since. Each year (accident happened in 2007 and should have killed me) the pain gets worse. I feel your pain I also have fibromyalgia and Raynaud's. I take Lyrica but it doesn't help the pain it just makes me feel drunk. I'm still waiting on an MRI but I constantly need to lay on the floor and twist/crack my back for that 1 minute of relief. Do you try sleeping differently? Like pillows between your knees or extra pillows under your head. I think the way I sleep determines how the start to my morning will be. I hope that you find something that works for the pain. Ps I put voltaren gel on my lower back and it helps a little
