The above link is all about krill oil vs fish oil but more interesting is what KIND of krill oil is best. The article says only krill oil made using NKO process is the best. It also says only krill from antartica is best.

If you are looking for facts on Krill oil, fish oil , and whats best, this is a great read...although how do you ever know if what you are reading is correct or crap, lol.
