Default Autonomic neuropathy and body temperature regulation

Hi
Can any body explain to me regarding autonomic neuropathy and body's temperature regulation.
Will someone with autonomic neuropathy, as manifested by positive sweat test in the Autonomic Reflex test, have fever like a normal person?
Thanks
