To be honest I'm more afraid of the medications then the supplements. So many of the medications are known to cause liver damage.
I have not seen any research that states that the supplements are toxic to the liver. However, as we all know not as much research to obtained on supplements since they are not FDA approved. I personally still have more faith in them. |
