Neuropathy symptoms worsening quickly

Hello I'm new. Recently diagnosed with hypoglycemia, b12 deficiency and
Sensory neuropathy. My PN symptoms are getting worse by the day it seems. I've been doing good on my Diet and gotten 2 B12 shots in the
Last month. I have a follow up with My GP next week. I haven't been to a specialist yet. Should I be concerned at how quickly this is happening and make my appt closer? I'm still learning and have so many questions.
