I'd take your pulse and blood pressure when these happen.
If those remain normal and stable, then all that is left is a seizure aura. Odd sinking feelings in the stomach can be an abrupt fall in blood pressure. If it is not severe enough to faint, it just feels strange. You can get an inexpensive manual BP cuff for around $20. It would be a good idea for you to have, incase your PN becomes autonomic. You need to learn to take your BP daily I think. It is not difficult to learn. DejaVu is a classic seizure aura, however.
