Upper Body Sweating...driving me crazy

Well...it's driving me crazier than I already am

I know it's part of the SFN but dang....it's like 40 degrees out there and I have sweat running down my neck and face ! And I only walked like 20 feet to take my dog out.

I'm guessing there is nothing to take for that ?
