So I do understand and support your desire to nip this in the bud before any pain sets in, and I agree that its outrageous that doctors seem to want to wait until things progress to that point (pain) rather than helping avoid that possibility. With or without pain, the medical community has cut loose/washed its hands of many PNers because so little is known about it and how to help us. Therefore, we've had to become our own advocates and detectives in finding ways of helping ourselves. This site has much information contributed by peer PN sufferers that can either help you or point you in directions that may. I don't know offhand (currently pressed for time) if this search will help or not, but IMO it should be a good starting point. finding a doctor peripheral neuropathy (Also note some of the related searches at the bottom of the first page. ![]() Best wishes, Doc
