Default Moment of disorientation?

Hi, all. I'm not entirely sure what happened to me last night, but it scared me enough to get me asking. Yesterday wasn't an entirely bad day -- that is, until night time. Legs, arms, and the bottoms of my feet got pretty bad around 5-6pm. But that wasn't the worst of it.

I was sitting right here reading something around 11:45pm, and all of a sudden it felt like... well, the most I can relate it to is this -- think of when there's a huge storm outside, and it only knocks your power out for a couple of seconds, so the lights flicker off and then back on. That's pretty much what my brain did, and for a few seconds, I had NO idea where I was.

Once I realized that I was still in my chair, in my home, I panicked a little bit. Made my way into the bedroom and sat down for a while, and once I tried to get up, I was dizzy -- like, drunk swaying-when-you-walk kind of dizzy. I needed help getting back to the bed and I was awake for a long time afterwards - I guess I was scared to go to sleep after that.

Any ideas?
