A 1/2 flexeril helps you? I can take 1 every 4 hours and it barely does anything. But my mom is like you, she takes one and it knocks her out even the next day she feels droopy and heavy limbs. It just doesnt do a whole lot for me, I take it for my back muscle spasms but I have to take quite a bit of it.

Glad today was better for you.

Mrs. D.,
I sorry to hear you have been under the weather. I was visiting my daughter and her family and have not been on the site.
I hope you continue getting better each day.
I know this cold weather is brutal. I think this is the worse winter PA has had in a while.
Unfortunately, it is not good for people like us!

Yes, Flexeril knocks me for a loop. So does the tramadol.
I only need 1/2 of 50mg.
