For the burning pain, I use different things, I guess. For the burning pain, I use a combination of Amitripthylline at bed time and Lyrica 3 times daily. The neurologist said the Amitripthyline should verry effective, and he wants me to take a higher dose, I am trying to taper up slowly. because it has strong anticholinergic effects such as dry mouth, dry eyes and could cause urinary retention.
I have not gotten in to the use of supplements and food sources yet, there is just so much to learn.
I have a really healthy BREAKFAST suggestion that I use every day: Home cooked (from scratch) oatmeal. Spread Flaxseeds on top, and lots of frech blueberries and strawberries.
In addition, I use the compound cream in between doses.

All the best
