Curious: thanks so much. I have had this exact same problem before. I understand why I have the initial problem, but don't have a clue about the rest. Troubleshooting last time turned up nothing.

Thanks for starting the poll. I am sure I will be able to start one again in a bit - so it's not really worth bothering about at this point.
