Yesterday was kinda funny. I put the biofreeze on 1 foot, and for about 4 hours that whole lower leg was going crazy. Not really in a painful way, but it felt like I could feel the biofreeze feeling up to my calf even though I didn't apply it there.

I'm going to start a daily journal to better track my progress and triggers, thanks for the ideas. I know stress and exertion are ones, so I try and avoid that as much as possible. Oddly I don't really have a problem with ice or heat, so i can use those as tools when needed.
