Hello all,
Just was wondering -- does anyone else get PN flareups from irritating their sciatic (sp?) nerve? It seems I just get the tingle and burn under some kind of control, and then I will do something (sit in a chair too long, move something heavy, i.e.,...) to upset that nerve, and BOOM!, there go my feet and calf. Then THAT takes days to calm down, and I'm back to square one. Does this happen to anyone else, or am I the only stupid one who picks up a bag of cat litter the WRONG way?? Thanks, and God bless everyone here, Keweenaw |

I often find myself sitting at the computer too long. Time can fly by when reading. And the yes, my feet really start to give me hell.

If I sit lounged in a chair I have this problem. Legs tingle and feet feel like they are going numb. I have to walk around for twenty minutes to get them back.
