Default Question for Mrs. D: Transitioning from Gabapentin to Lyrica

Ms D:

A friend is slowing tapering down on Gapapentin and wants to transition to Lyrica, and is currently at 700mg of Gabapentin daily.

What is the proper way to make the switch?

Thanks!

David
