Default Nerve pain without neuropathy

I have suffered from nerve pain for 4 years now. It is mainly in abdomen, but it does cause my legs to tingle. Also, my left upper arm gets sore.

Neurological MD says no to neuropathy. He also says no to MS. Anyone know of diseases with widespread nerve pain?
