I apologize if there is a thread about this already, I was having trouble with the search function. Does anyone have experience or opinion about this diet possibly having a positive effect on PN? I have some evidence that at least part of my PN may be autoimmune. I have mildly elevated acetylcholine receptor antibodies. All other inflammatory bloodwork has been normal up until this point. There is an autoimmune protocol of the paleo diet that is pretty restrictive, so I wanted to get some feedback here if anyone has tried it or knows someone who has.
