Default Liver function test high...?

Hi everyone, hope this post finds everyone doing well. I just got back some blood work and was wondering if you all could give me some advice. My ALT liver function test came back at 31 U/L, normal for a woman is not more than 16.53, I'm somewhat concerned because I was wondering if SFN can cause liver problems? I'm trying to find out why my test is this high. Thank you for any help. Jan
