Yes it's probably the Gabapentin. I got the same side effect about 10 days after I started Gabapentin a few years ago. I also had the same effect from Lyrica. It took months after quitting the drug to make the twitches stop and even now still get them but not as bad. I think you also mentioned that the gaba stopped working after a few days each time you increased the dose, same thing happened to me, and with Lyrica too. I have EM too.
