Default My fingertips worse today

My finger tips seem to be what bothers me the most. They hurt all the time it's so hard to do anything. My motel is getting busy and I can't keep up with the work. Pulling the hot sheets out of the dryer is awful for me. My fingers were feeling a little better then I cleaned out a freezer and realized my fingers really hurt. Is it from the cold that now they are worse again?
