Interesting the doctors failed to mention this, even though they was the tachycardia in the hospital and following months afterward. My GP (that I fired) told me point blank that it was all psychological, even knowing about my month long IV of Vanco, and knowing that I was going hyperthyroid, with a history previously of bloodsugar problems and hypothyroid, it was all in my head... The ignorance, kind of broadsided me...
I was about one day away from checking out, as the staph was climbing my arm as my doctors scratched their collective heads... After telling my surgeon 3 days in a row at I had Staph, they finely drew a sample, and rushed me to the hospital next door for surgery. That was on Friday the 13th...

Not fer nuthin', but obesity & bad eating habits run in families too.

I don't know if it matters, but I don't have SFN, but still have this annoying itchy/numb spot twixt mine scapulae. It's become a matter of some envy with Ol' Furface... HE can reach that spot to scratch! If I can't find/reach the backscratcher or a ruler, I have to resort to availing myself of the nearest doorjamb—like a big ol' bear rubbing against a tree!

If you continue to have tachycardia I'd see a cardiologist for evaluation.

This drug is very problematic, and the long term care pharmaceutical facility I used to work at, evaluated (with blood levels) all patients daily who were on Vanco IV.

My mothers side of the family doesn't have a obesity or is it bad eating habits, except if you mean eating a normal diet of carbs and sugar. The high triglycerides in the blood require very little effort to accumulate. On my fathers side, they are all fat, but no problem with triglycerides, just CMT...

I am lucky, all my itches are within reach, but I do feel for you!

Thanks for the info, I just wish I had known about it last year, when my heart was out of control... It is a little better now, just goes nuts when I exert myself... Pasted all the tests for the cardio; Doppler, stress test, but when I wore the Hulter recorder, it showed the tachycardia, the doctor just gave me some beta blockers, then I started to develop breathing problems, so I went off them, felt much better... Lots of side effects with these meds, and Big Pharma is always harping about natural cures, but they are a whole lot safer then this junk.
