Default Nutrition to heal nerves

Hi,

I have peripheral autonomic neuropathy which I want to heal;

The cause is ehlers danlos syndrome, probably an infection or inflammation has damaged them as eds does not directly attack nerves, no auto immune illnesses.

Can you help me compile a list of vitamins and nutrition which will put me in the best setting for repair?

So far i'm on a normal multi
fish oils
b12 methylcolbamine 1000ug

Not sure what else I need to add, mainly just want to reduce inflammation and promote healing.

NOTE: I need to use things that wont cause vasodilation and drop bp as autonomic bp control is a big issue.

My b12 blood test was 422ng/l could this be causing problems? either way ive added the supplement above.

Thanks.
