New blood results

So vit D results have been ok but result after starting tregretol has vit d as low, now I know that this drug can effect vit D absorption and as it was ok before using this drug I am thinking it's probably not vit d defficancy causing the original symptoms, although it may be the reason why my wrists and ankles have been getting increasingly painful, what do you think?
