Confused If I take Foltanx, what can I drop?

Dr gave Rx for Foltanx. Lots cheaper than Metanx but not very close in ingredients.L-Methylfolate Calcium-3mg
Pyridoxal 5"-Phosphate-35mg
Methylcobalamin-2mg
I recognize the B-12 component and will drop that from my list of supplements. Is there another supplement that could be kicked to the curb? I dont recognize any of the other ingredients. TIA Ken in Texas

Nope.... Actually you could still take your B12 separately.

Make sure you take that Foltanx on an empty stomach or the B12 in it won't get absorbed well.
