Dr gave Rx for Foltanx. Lots cheaper than Metanx but not very close in ingredients.L-Methylfolate Calcium-3mg
Pyridoxal 5"-Phosphate-35mg Methylcobalamin-2mg I recognize the B-12 component and will drop that from my list of supplements. Is there another supplement that could be kicked to the curb? I dont recognize any of the other ingredients. TIA Ken in Texas |

Nope.... Actually you could still take your B12 separately.
Make sure you take that Foltanx on an empty stomach or the B12 in it won't get absorbed well.
