Yes, the tendon ruptures from these drugs are highly delayed too ...after the drug is long stopped.
I think there is a built in cushion for nerve damage, and that many here are here because of cumulative insults. However, if someone is already in delicate shape, then a big insult may be faster to appear. I am sorry that happened to you!
