Yes, complex carbs for me, legumes qnd veggies necessary for balance.

I overdid it on pretzels and general overeating last night. I paid the price today. I think the main reason I have a decent handle on trigger foods/levels is most of the time I am uncomfortable/in pain I don't register much in the way of hunger.

I make sure to eat something for meal times with a snack here or there. I have in the last year dialed down my "excessive" eating by 97.653366%... or so.


If you have the inclination and nightshade vegetables have not shown to exacerbate symptoms try vegan on for a few months.
