I think it is one of those things that you just have to try to see if it might help or not.
Some chiropractors have those lasers so you could try a few sessions to see, but I wouldn't sign up for any long term plan.

I don't know if you have tried any expert chiropractic for the PN at all?
Just to make sure it isn't a pinched nerve issue somewhere in the body - spine or joints? Or acupuncture?
