Default SEP/NC Report?

I got the written report from my 2nd nc/sep. I'm now going for more underlying issues like disease and deficieny especially with my past anorexia. I also am sending all my results to Mayo,Chicago, and U f M. Also a follow up with endocronolgist and a new gp. My neuro is concerned about my low white blood count and went back again for more blood work 2 days ago but have to go back today. Anyhow I was wondering if someone can tell me what my report of the sep/emg means. My 1st neuro explained but confused and have to wait till next week to talk to my new one again.
Nerve conduction studies were obtained following posterior tibial motor, peroneal motor and sural sensory nerve stimulation. There were prolongation of the distal latency of the right peroneal and bilateral conduction velocity slowing 22.8 meters per second right,35.9 left. Sural latencies were intact following right sided stimulation, boderline latency on left with conduction velocity slowing 35.2 meters per second. This was an abnormal study consistent with a bilateral sensory motor neuropathy. These findings should be clinically correlated.
Somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) were obtained following posterior tibial nerve stimulation at the ankles. Following stimulation of either side,well-formed and reproducible popliteal fossa, lumbar and cortical potentials were seen. There was mild prolongation of the L3 response. There was shortening of the left L3-Lp37 interpeak latency. This is an abnormal study consistent with conduction delay subserving the sensory pathway of he left lower extrmity between the popliteal fossa and lumbar cord. The finding should be clinically correlated.
I don't know about this tests but in the past I had the emg/nc,bone scans, mris so on and all showed inflammation. I have been in bed for like 4 months just now able to do small errand but in horrible pain. These results to me doesn't sound severe enough for the pain I'm in. My left inner/ankle foot/calf is the major horrible pain with some right tension though and now the neck sometimes with dizzy. I was on Cymbalta,Lyrica, elavil and now started back at neurontin but only on my 2nd day of 100 twice a day. I feel already yuck from the med increase as for a week only 100. I'm super sensitive. I still take tramadol or vicadin for pain. Thanks for any interpretation.
