Hi All,
I haven't been on in a while but as usual I have a question. A friend of mine with lupus is recommending Curcumin. She takes 750mg a day and said it is really helping with her pain. It is expensive but I'm willing to try it. Mrs. D. I saw in the search that you thought this was good. Do you still think it is a beneficial supplement? Will it be ok to take with these other supplements: Liquid COQ10, krill oil, vit D, probiotic, multivitamin, sublingual B12 (every other day). I started every other day because my homocysteine levels are low. I found through research that if your B12 is too high that can happen. I also take, tramadol twice a day, synthroid, and amitriptyline. What do you think? I'd really appreciate any info Mrs. D. or anyone else has to offer Hopeful |
