I didn't know about this new form of curcumin but will look into it next time I order as both my husband and I take it--he has myasthenia gravis, and Dr. Blaylock recommended curcumin for that too, 3 times a day.

You don't have to use that much olive oil--you can mix it in a tablespoon or a serving spoon or a small cup, but it is messy and it does stain stain.
