I've been taking Nutrigold's Tumeric Curcumin Gold for a couple of weeks now. It was one of the good ones referenced in the product review Mrs. D mentioned.

So far, I haven't noticed any difference at all as best I can tell. I've developed a problem in my left elbow that I think is yet another instance of tendinitis, and I was hopeful it might help at least that, but no luck yet. I'll take it until it's gone, though, and hope some goodness kicks in at some point.
