Default Be careful what you wish for!

If they get married, you may get yukky son in laws! I agree with Bob, I like to visit "them" and then go home when I'm ready. Unfortunately my cutie pie 4 year old granddaughter lives with me... and every time I hear her cry I want to run to see what's wrong.
This September is "INDEPENDENCE DAY" for everyone! Our lease is up and we are all going our own ways! But we are all so close we will probably end up in three different apartments in the same complex!

Oh, but son and his wife live in Arizona, we live in California, so we don't get to see them often enough. I'm making a quilt for new baby. It's hand dyed fabric, with little seat turtles and dolphins embroidered on it. Son is making the babies room a "Surfer" theme! He's gonna cut his surfboard in half long ways and mount it on the wall... Cute huh? Grandbabies are Gods way of paying us back for putting up with our kids!

Hey Bob, I used to do that to my Dad too! I loved him so much! You're a lucky dad to have your daughter in your life! But six kids? Is she crazy? Or just a sucker for punishment?

I think both!
And she's getting too old for this, she's 37. She'll be almost 60
when this new one gets out of college. and she home schools all of her kids (she's got a B.A. in elementary ed.).
I've talked to her husband about the BIG "V" (vasectomy- got mine after kid #3 in 1977 - #4 is my step-son, in college now), but he's Catholic (barely- doesn't actively practice) and it seems to go in one ear and out the other.

Well, you're lucky she's not a mormon in one of those polygamous sects. The man is supposed to have a minimum of 3 wives. and the wives call each other sister-wives and if they only have 5 kids (each wife, I mean), they think it's a disgrace.

And if the husband sees another woman he wants to make his wife, and that other woman happens to be married, well, they can order her to get a divorce, and then the other guy can then take her to be his wife.

That's why there is all this inbreeding among the polygamous mormons. Now this has absolutely nothing to do with the Church of Latter Day Saints. They don't practice polygamy. But the ones that do, well, these poor women are petrified to leave this sect.

And now they found that the kids share a common gene due to all the inbreeding. It was on the internet yesterday.

They even have breeding charts on the walls so they can try and find out who to marry and breed with. When I saw that in a special on tv, I almost choked. It's a really dangerous sect.

One guy has 48 kids with various wives. And these kids are each other brothers and sisters, and cousins too. And it's not unusual for a guy to marry both a mother and her daughter (his stepdaughter).

These sects really have it all together. They own the police and the doctors so no one talks. They do have people who have escaped and found organizations to help the runaway wives.

I might not be a religious person, but all this really sounds sick.

So to the woman with 6 kids. God bless you. I hope they are very good to you on Mother's day. You deserve it!!!

mel

P.S. Can you just imagine a Morman man who gets a vasectomy?? They would run him out of town.
