[QUOTE=james7;1131240]Everyone is different. Numbness is numbness... It remains numb. I think it helps with the depression. I am not in constant pain. Before taking these meds, I was miserable. I still have painful episodes that require an opiate. I do beginner yoga and walk on the treadmill as much as my body will allow. Try to stay motivated... that has been an ongoing issue for me.

I am on my feet a lot so the numbness and pain is an issue I'm considering taking pain meds that my GP says is an option down the road when we have all of the test results in. What has been your experience with pain meds for NP and are you still able to work and Exersise as you did before. |

I try to walk on the treadmill, but I cannot for longer than 20 min. I do beginner yoga. Stretching exercises.
