I'm considering taking pain meds that my GP says is an option down the road when we have all of the test results in.

What has been your experience with pain meds for NP and are you still able to work and Exersise as you did before.
I have not been able to work since Dec 17, 2014. My feet are numb from toes to 8 inches above the ankle. My hands are numb from fingers throughout the palms. Everything I touch feels like sandpaper and I get initial shocks with everything I touch. Typing with fingernails is okay.

I try to walk on the treadmill, but I cannot for longer than 20 min. I do beginner yoga. Stretching exercises.
