Default Does anyone else get the shivers?

I thought it was just because it is winter, but I notice myself shivering uncontrollably at times. At work after walking the hallway, i'll feel cold even though it's room temperature. When I go outside though sometimes my teeth chatter and today I could barely text because I was shivering so much. It's about 30 degrees out, not that bad in my opinion.
